Definitions

Suvika is a single-vendor e-commerce platform dealing in apparel and accessories. We collect:

• First Name and Last Name: For registration, authentication, and profile/account creation to manage payments and orders.
• Phone Number: For communication and OTP authentication.
• Email ID: Registration and authentication via Gmail or Outlook accounts only.

We may use your Personal Data to communicate transaction and subscription information. We do not support sign-in via other social media accounts and therefore do not collect data from those platforms.

By sharing your Email ID and Phone Number with us, you consent to our accessing and processing the data of these email accounts to provide services. Suvika does not control your email account data itself; we only access it to provide services. Suvika will control the data fetched from your email accounts once on the Suvika platform.

We collect data on how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, timestamps, duration, and other diagnostic data) to generate insights that help improve our services.

Service Providers

Suvika is the primary service provider. We also employ third parties for payment processing and performance tracking. They have access to Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to use it for other purposes.

3.1 Payments

We do not store or collect your payment card details. Such information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors and is governed by their privacy policies.

3.2 Google Analytics

3.3 Phone Number or Email ID
