2. Eligibility for Returns
Buyers may request a return under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
- Product received is incorrect or not as described
- Product is missing parts or accessories

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

4. Return Process

- Go to “My Orders”
- Select the item and click on “Return Request”
